By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
Our return/exchange policy is as follows:
You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us if there is an issue with your order. If you receive the product(s) straight out of the box that is damaged or the print is off centre, we will accommodate your needs, but only if the issue is brought to our attention within 30 days.
NOTE:
Hoodies, Hats, and Face Masks can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the original condition as received. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items; this includes stains and smells. If we receive the return/ exchange items damaged in any way, the product will be returned to you at your cost. Once your item/items have been inspected and approved for the return/ exchange, we will notify you via email with the next steps of the return/ exchange.
Men's, women's T-Shirts and Long Sleeves can not be returned or exchanged because they are custom print to order products. We do not warehouse pre-printed products. All of our products are individually made to order specifically for you, the customer.
All sale items are final, with no exchange or refunds.
Shipping:
Shipping charges on exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer unless it is our fault. When you ship a product to us for a return/ exchange, please provide a tracking number to info@stixnstones.ca. If your item is lost in transit due to courier error or during the return/ exchange process, Stix & Stones Anglers and Hunters Inc. will not be responsible.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Stix & Stones Anglers and Hunters Inc. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
