Ingredients:
Black Bean Wild Turkey Pitas:

1 Pound wild turkey ground, or any game meat

1 Can black beans
-
1 cup fresh grilled corn
-
1 cup fresh tomatoes, clopped
-
2 avocados, cubed
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
¼ cup cilantro, minced
-
½ teaspoon chili powder
-
½ teaspoon paprika
-
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
-
¼ teaspoon cracked pepper
-
4 whole wheat pitas
-
1/3 cup skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:

In large skillet brown the turkey with garlic, chili powder, pepper & paprika. Cook until turkey is fully cooked about 7 minutes.

Mix in corn, cilantro & black beans and cook additional 2-4 minutes, remove from heat and stir in cheese, avocado and tomatoes.

Stuff each pita and enjoy.
